My stay at Neo Hotel Melawai had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, with malls and the MRT station nearby, but the area's reputation might not be suitable for families. The service was friendly but lacking in proper training. The dining options left much to be desired, and some dishes were simply not enjoyable. However, the facilities were decent, and the noise from outside could be an issue. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.

The room was reasonably wide enough for one person and very clean, but it was not ready upon my arrival past check-in time, and the shower flooded the bathroom despite having a shower door.
